This 100% on-site role involves managing material planning and procurement functions through a robust ERP platform. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and vendor management teams to streamline purchasing, maintain optimal inventory, and ensure material availability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities – ERP Planning and Purchase Executive

Material Planning via ERP

• Create and maintain Material Requirement Planning (MRP) schedules using ERP tools.

• Forecast material demands based on sales orders, production timelines, and historical trends.

• Monitor inventory levels and automate purchase requisitions within the ERP platform.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages or excess.

ERP-Based Procurement

• Raise, track, and close Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.

• Analyze vendor pricing, delivery performance, and lead time using ERP-generated data.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, budgets, and internal audit protocols.

• Collaborate with finance and production teams for timely goods receipts and payments.

Vendor and Supplier Management

• Maintain and regularly update supplier databases in ERP.

• Evaluate vendor performance with respect to quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
