About the Informatica ETL Developer Role
In this position, you’ll design, develop, and manage scalable ETL solutions using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring and transforming data from multiple sources such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Access, and even unstructured formats like PDFs and Excel, preparing them for visual dashboards using Tableau.
This role is best suited for developers with a passion for data engineering, deep understanding of SQL scripting, and experience working within Agile sprint environments.
Key Responsibilities for Informatica ETL Developer

Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica IICS or PowerCenter

Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading from a wide array of sources including Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF

Support integration efforts with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Write and tune complex SQL queries for large-scale data environments

Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to align pipeline outputs with reporting needs

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, transformation logic, and performance
