Job Overview for Adobe Marketo Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo in B2B environments and a proven track record of successful implementations. You will design nurture campaigns, manage lead scoring and segmentation, integrate Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and own data governance and deliverables such as campaign setup guides and playbooks. This role requires a strong mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross functionally with marketing, sales and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for Adobe Marketo Specialist

Lead design and implementation of Marketo campaigns including nurture streams, engagement programs and ABM workflows

Build and optimize lead scoring models, segmentation strategies and personalization rules to drive MQL to SQL conversions

Integrate Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other martech tools ensuring reliable data flows and synchronization

Customize Marketo landing pages and email templates using HTML and CSS with a focus on responsive design and deliverability

Implement data governance practices including deduplication, data hygiene, consent management and compliance with GDPR and CCPA

Design lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels aligned to business goals and sales processes

Create documentation and deliverables such as campaign setup guides, process flows, playbooks and training materials

Provide training and enablement for marketing and sales teams on Marketo best practices and operational processes

Define implementation methodology including phased rollout plans, milestones and timelines and manage execution with project stakeholders

Monitor campaign performance and iterate on setup using analytics and A B testing to improve engagement and pipeline contribution
Required Skills and Experience for Adobe Marketo Specialist

Minimum five years of hands-on Marketo experience implementing automation solutions for B2B companies

Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or higher such as Marketo Certified Solutions Architect preferred
-
Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and how Marketo fits into the marketing stack

Proven experience integrating Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems

Technical skills in HTML and CSS for email and landing page template customization

Deep understanding of engagement programs, ABM, personalization and lead lifecycle design

Experience with data governance, deduplication and database management practices

Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA and how they affect marketing automation

Excellent communication skills for working with marketing, sales and IT stakeholders and delivering training
