We are seeking a Snowflake Developer for a hybrid contract role based in Iselin, NJ. The focus is on sourcing treasury data into Snowflake, designing scalable data solutions, and creating treasury reports. You will work across cross-functional teams to build data pipelines, optimize performance, and deliver reliable financial reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities of a Snowflake Developer

Source treasury data into Snowflake and create required treasury reports.
Implement integrations as requested by customers and internal teams.
Deploy updates, fixes, and enhancements in hybrid environments.
Provide Level 2 technical support and perform root cause analysis for production issues.
Build tools to reduce error occurrences and improve customer experience.
Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Automate data ingestion with Snowpipe, AWS Glue, Copy Into, and other ingestion methods.
Develop automation scripts for visualization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Apply data masking, encryption, and governance policies including lineage, catalog, and classification.
Work within Agile and DevOps frameworks for deployment and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Snowflake development experience.
Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, design, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, Lambda, Active Directory integration.
Proven expertise with data ingestion methods (Snowpipe, Glue, Copy Into).
Experience with ETL, CDC, metadata-driven processing, and data warehouse modeling.
