Key Responsibilities of the GCP Engineer

Design and Develop Data Pipelines

The primary responsibility of this GCP Engineer role is to design, develop, and optimize scalable batch and streaming pipelines using Google Dataflow. You will work with Apache Beam to build reliable and efficient data processing solutions.

Backend Development in Java

You will build and maintain production-grade backend services using Java. This includes writing clean, scalable code, implementing object-oriented design principles, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Containerization and Deployment

You will containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration and scaling using Kubernetes. Experience with deployment automation and CI or CD pipelines is essential.

Infrastructure Optimization

You will optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across various GCP services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Google Dataflow Expertise
