About the Full Stack Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Data Engineering and API Development expertise to join a dynamic onsite team in Bellevue, Washington. This role is ideal for senior-level professionals who enjoy building scalable applications, designing high-performance APIs, and developing modern data pipelines in enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep backend development experience in Python along with hands-on exposure to Azure services, Databricks, Snowflake, and AI or ML-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer

End-to-End Application Development

Design, develop, test, and debug full-stack applications across frontend and backend layers. You will work on scalable architectures that support enterprise-level systems and data-driven workflows.

API Development and Integration

Build, document, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs. Ensure that APIs integrate seamlessly with frontend applications and data platforms while maintaining high performance and security standards.

Data Engineering and Pipeline Development

Develop and optimize ETL workflows and large-scale data pipelines using tools such as Databricks and Snowflake. Ensure high data quality, performance optimization, and scalable processing frameworks.

Database Management

Manage relational and non-relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, NoSQL systems, and vector databases. Ensure efficient data modeling and optimized access patterns for APIs and backend services.

AI and ML Integration

Work with AI and ML components and build MCP tools as part of advanced data-driven solutions. Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize machine learning workflows.

Cloud and Container Deployment

Implement CI or CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure AI Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service is highly preferred.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with product managers, UI or UX designers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience Level

10 or more years of experience in full-stack development with strong backend expertise in Python
5 or more years of hands-on Data Engineering experience including ETL and large-scale data processing
3 or more years of proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs

Backend Technologies

Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid. Experience with Node.js and Express is beneficial.

Frontend Technologies

Solid experience with JavaScript ES6 or later, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Data and Cloud Platforms

Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Azure cloud services. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure AI Services, and AKS is preferred.

AI and ML Tools

Familiarity with Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, and general machine learning concepts. Experience building MCP tools is required.

DevOps and Deployment

Experience with Docker and CI or CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Octopus. Strong understanding of Git-based collaborative development workflows.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and effective communication. Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams is expected.

Work Location

This Full Stack Developer position is onsite in Bellevue, Washington. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.
