This full-time role is based in the Bay Area, CA, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead verification for complex mixed-signal ICs that power next-gen display technologies.

If you enjoy poking holes in designs to make them stronger and take pride in building rock-solid verification strategies, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do as an Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer

  • Review analog designs and perform simulations to validate performance and identify flaws

  • “Poke holes” in analog circuits to ensure robust design under real-world conditions

  • Work with SPICE simulations, RC extraction, and memory structures such as SRAM and Cell architectures

  • Develop and execute comprehensive verification strategies and coverage plans based on design specs

  • Design verification environments and testbenches using SystemVerilog

  • Build analog behavioral models for simulation and perform equivalence checks for accuracy

  • Execute test cases to evaluate performance, reliability, and corner cases

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including layout, digital design, and system architecture

  • Provide sign-off for mixed-signal blocks and support tapeout processes

  • Automate repetitive tasks with scripts to optimize simulation workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in analog or mixed-signal verification

  • Experience with sub-40nm process nodes and memory architecture is highly preferred

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of analog and mixed-signal verification principles

  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, Python or Perl scripting

  • Familiarity with SPICE simulations, waveform analysis, and verification tools

  • Exposure to analog IPs such as ADC, DAC, LDO, and charge pumps

  • Excellent debugging, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills

Preferred Traits and Skills

  • A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving

  • Strong interpersonal communication for seamless collaboration

  • Flexibility to adapt to different technical tasks and fast-changing priorities

  • High attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively

  • Passion for learning and applying new tools or methodologies
