About the Business Analyst Role:

We are actively hiring an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in fixed-income asset management and extensive hands-on experience with Investortools Perform. This is an onsite role based in Chicago, Illinois, and applicants must be local with proper state identification.

The selected candidate will work closely with investment professionals, portfolio managers, and compliance teams to enhance and support the firm’s investment and trading systems. Education and Experience Requirements for Business Analyst Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on business analysis or systems development

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Investortools Perform in a financial or asset management environment
