About the DevOps Engineer Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our UEM SaaS Ops team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, deploying and optimizing the Workspace ONE UEM SaaS platform for high-performance enterprise environments. The DevOps Engineer will focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation scripting and CI/CD pipelines to enhance system performance, strengthen security and enable faster deployment cycles. DevOps Engineer Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines that streamline the build, test and deployment process
  • Collaborate with developers, system engineers and security teams to deliver reliable and secure SaaS solutions
  • Monitor and optimize system health and performance using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog
  • Automate repetitive operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error
  • Ensure all deployments meet security and compliance requirements
  • Document processes, configurations and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills for the DevOps Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud or SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible or AWS CloudFormation
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud services from AWS, Azure or GCP

Preferred Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer

  • Experience managing large-scale SaaS platforms and multi-tenant environments
  • Understanding of ITIL service management best practices
  • Cloud security certifications or equivalent training
  • Expertise in performance tuning, fault tolerance and high availability systems
