We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to lead a major migration initiative in Malvern PA. This is an onsite role from day one, offered on a C2C basis, with long-term potential. The position centers on migrating Control-M from on-premises to AWS, supporting BitBucket to GitHub repository transitions, and ensuring reliable post-migration support. The successful candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, automation, CI/CD practices, and application modernization.
Key Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer AWS Control-M Migration Role
- Lead the migration of Control-M workloads from on-premises to AWS
- Support repository migration from BitBucket to GitHub
- Implement, manage, and support AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudFormation, and Lambda
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation or equivalent tools
- Provide post-migration support for Control-M and GitHub environments
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of cloud solutions
- Work with Function as a Service (FaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for modernization
