Key Responsibilities of the Senior RPA Developer

Required Qualifications and Skills for Senior RPA Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

15+ years of IT experience with a solid foundation in software development

8+ years of hands-on RPA development, especially with large-scale implementations

5+ years of experience leading RPA teams or acting as a technical lead

Strong expertise in UiPath and its components including Studio and Orchestrator

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and integrating APIs and web services

Programming experience in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java

Solid understanding of full SDLC and Agile methodologies
