Key Responsibilities of the Senior RPA Developer

  • Design and implement end-to-end scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for enterprise applications

  • Lead the automation lifecycle: from gathering requirements to production deployment and ongoing support

  • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to a team of RPA developers

  • Review development work, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality

  • 15+ years of IT experience with a solid foundation in software development

  • 8+ years of hands-on RPA development, especially with large-scale implementations

  • 5+ years of experience leading RPA teams or acting as a technical lead

  • Strong expertise in UiPath and its components including Studio and Orchestrator

  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and integrating APIs and web services

  • Programming experience in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java

  • Solid understanding of full SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Experience with AWS and setting up CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
