Key Responsibilities – Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake and DataStage)

Architect and Design Healthcare Data Solutions

• Design and develop enterprise-level data platforms using Snowflake and IBM Netezza (NPS)

• Architect HIPAA-compliant data solutions for payer and provider ecosystems

• Build secure, scalable data warehouses tailored for healthcare analytics and reporting

• Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with cloud migration strategies

Lead ETL and Automation Using DataStage and IWS

• Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using IBM DataStage for structured and semi-structured healthcare data

• Automate job workflows using IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)
