About the SDET Test Lead Role

We are hiring a seasoned SDET Test Lead for an exciting onsite opportunity in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in automation testing, particularly in Python and Selenium, and has a strong grasp of API/Webservices Testing. This role is well-suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while mentoring junior team members.

You will play a key role in developing and executing testing strategies across various media applications. Prior experience with video domain testing, STB testing, or performance testing tools like WitBe and JMeter is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities – SDET Test Lead

• Lead API/Webservices testing efforts across the development lifecycle.

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test case documentation.

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.

• Coordinate closely with developers and product teams to ensure application quality.

• Guide and mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers on testing practices.
