About the Senior AI/ML Engineer Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior AI and Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of AI/ML-powered systems that incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Java Spark technologies. This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI systems and pipelines to support next-gen data products in a dynamic and evolving enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities for Senior AI/ML Engineer

• Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models for enterprise-scale applications.
• Architect RAG-based AI solutions integrating vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Java Spark and cloud-native tools (AWS preferred).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and product managers.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of machine learning models.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, transformers, and model compression techniques.
