SharePoint Developer – Dallas, TX

About the SharePoint Developer role:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint development, SharePoint Online migrations, and Power Platform solutions. You must be passionate about building custom and scalable solutions while driving UI/UX best practices.

This is a contract position that requires candidates to be onsite from Day 1. Only local candidates will be considered, and interviews will be conducted face-to-face.

Roles & Responsibilities for SharePoint Developer:

• Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, SharePoint Object Model (SOM), and SPFx.

• Build custom and complex solutions using Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).

• Lead and support the migration from on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.

• Customize Modern Site templates, Communication sites, and build custom apps tailored to business needs.

• Work extensively with SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, Web Parts, Custom Apps, Workflows, Master Pages, and Page Layouts.

• Write clean, scalable code using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, CSS, and HTML.

• Test and debug custom codes ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.

• Work closely with functional partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.

• Utilize PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks and automation.

Required Skills for SharePoint Developer:

• SharePoint Development: Expert-level knowledge in SharePoint Ribbon, Designer, Visual Studio, Object Model, and SPFx.

• Power Platform Proficiency: Building apps, workflows, and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Hybrid and Cloud Migration: Strong hands-on experience migrating from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.

• Modern Customization: Familiarity with Modern Site templates, Communication sites, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) customizations.

• Programming Languages: React, Angular (bonus), JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML5, CSS3.

• UI/UX Design: Ability to design highly functional, intuitive interfaces.

• Testing and Debugging: Expertise in debugging and ensuring the quality of custom code.
