  • Assist in identification and resolution of problems and defects and drive issues to closure.

  • Support automated product test environments and contribute to test automation and maintenance as needed.

  • Coordinate with vendor and technology partner teams to drive architecture decisions and troubleshoot issues.

  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with variable schedules as necessary.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required qualifications and skills

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in networking and wireless technologies.

  • Solid understanding of 802.11 WLAN technologies and IP protocols.

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.

  • Moderate scripting knowledge to support test automation and analysis.
