About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OCI Cloud Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). You will manage Development, UAT and Production environments and be accountable for security, high availability, disaster recovery and application performance. This is a senior role for someone who can design the platform and still get into the details when something breaks.

What You Will Do

• Design, deploy and manage OCI environments across Dev, UAT and Production




• Architect and maintain secure, scalable and highly available OCI solutions




• Manage Oracle EBS application environments hosted on OCI




• Perform EBS installation, cloning, refresh, patching and upgrades




• Manage the EBS application tier, database tier, WebLogic and concurrent managers




• Implement OCI security using IAM, policies, compartments and access controls




• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards




• Plan and execute OS, middleware, database, OCI and EBS patching and upgrades




• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation




• Use Terraform for OCI provisioning and configuration




• Design and maintain HA and DR solutions




• Run DR testing and failover exercises to meet RTO and RPO objectives




• Monitor performance, availability, capacity and cloud costs




• Troubleshoot infrastructure, database and application issues




• Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks




• Work with application, database, DevOps and security teams

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)




• Proven experience managing Oracle EBS environments




• Experience supporting Dev, UAT and Production environments




• Strong knowledge of OCI networking, security and governance




• Expertise in Oracle EBS administration, patching, cloning and upgrades




• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices




• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)




• Strong knowledge of HA and DR architectures




• Experience with Oracle Databases, including Autonomous Database, DB Systems or Exadata




• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills, including Bash and Python




• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
