We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer for an onsite role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience across Lightning Components, Apex, Aura, VisualForce, and Batch processes. Prior experience working with Genpact clients is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate should be a local to Pennsylvania or willing to relocate, as the client prefers candidates who can work onsite. You will be joining a fast-paced team involved in delivering end-to-end Salesforce customization and integration solutions across business domains.
This role is perfect for someone who has deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, is comfortable developing custom Force.com applications, and has previously implemented full lifecycle Salesforce projects.
Salesforce Developer – Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components

Build scalable and reusable Lightning Components using Aura framework

Customize the Salesforce platform according to business needs, including custom workflows, process automation, and third-party integrations

Implement and manage batch processes and asynchronous transactions within Salesforce

Support integration with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve bugs

Follow best practices for coding, version control, and deployment (Git, CI/CD)

Collaborate with QA and deployment teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

Provide documentation for solutions, and support handovers to business or technical teams
Salesforce Developer – Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization

Strong command over Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes

Experience with Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
